题名（文章标题）应简明、确切、概括文章要旨，一般不超过20字，必要时可加副标题名。文末标明作者单位及联系地址、邮编、电话、传真、电子邮箱。如为基金资助项目应加以注明，并提供项目编号。
Title (the title) should be concise, exact, summarize the article, generally no more than 20 words, can add subtitle when necessary. At the end of the article indicate the author units and contact address, zip code, telephone, fax, E-mail. As for funded projects shall be indicated, and provide item number.
